1. Friday night between 5:30 om and 8:30 pm is official robot weigh-in/check-in. This is booth setup in the Student Center at UT Dallas also.

2. Player is in charge of the booth setup. We need to transport 8 ft sections of pipe. I'll bring my van for loading but can only take 1 other passenger for that configuration. All expensive items will be brought and setup Saturday morning.
> We should be back for the second half at the latest (game starts at 7:30 pm). I'm aiming for 7 pm done time on the booth!. I'll be available for emergency help with the robot if we don't make specs (horrors!).

Saturday is a required "lab" day for the class. Minimum time: 4 hours on Saturday if you wish to continue on to State.

3. Saturday a.m. we should carpool from the SM parking lot at 7 am. UTDallas gym and pit area opens at 7:30 am. Drivers meeting (2 reps) at 8:30 am. Game starts around 9 am.

4. Booth visit and interview at 10:55 am. Captains and Veeps present, along with community Service, Gel Electrophoresis and Gene therapy.

5. Lunch is 11:30 am - 1 pm. Cost is $5 for various meat subs (veggie for Mitha and who else?) and drinks.

6. Games run till around 4 pm. Awards from 4- 5 pm probably. Pack up and head back to SM to unpack. Then on to Homecoming!!
